
Detailed Guidelines on Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantees
Nexbyet Services LLP offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new shared and reseller hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.
This guarantee applies only to the first order placed by a customer. Subsequent orders or upgrades do not qualify for the 30-day guarantee.
Please note that not all services are eligible for a refund. The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Outside of the 30-day window, Nexbyet Services LLP does not offer prorated refunds for any prepaid services. For example, if you pay for a year in advance and cancel after 6 months, no refund will be issued for the remaining 6 months.
To terminate your service, you must submit a formal cancellation request via the Client Area. Cancellation requests made by email or phone will not be accepted for security reasons.
Accounts that are suspended or terminated by Nexbyet Services LLP for violating our Terms of Service (TOS) or Fair Use Policy (FUP) will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, PayPal) within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment gateway and your bank's processing times.
