Nexbyet Services LLP provides exclusively digital services, including web hosting, domain name registrations, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and SSL certificates. As our products are entirely digital, no physical items will be shipped or delivered to your postal address.
For most shared hosting plans and automated software licenses, your account and services will be provisioned instantly upon successful payment verification. You will receive an automated welcome email containing your login credentials (e.g., cPanel access, Client Area details) within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation.

While shared hosting is typically instant, Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers require specific configuration and OS installation. Delivery times for these services are as follows:
Domain name registrations and transfers are subject to the respective domain registries (e.g., ICANN, .IN Registry). While registrations are typically processed instantly, DNS propagation across the global network can take anywhere from 1 to 48 hours. Domain transfers may take between 5 to 7 days depending on the losing registrar's policies.
All service access details, invoices, and necessary configurations will be sent securely to the email address registered in your Client Area. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is accurate and monitored. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the welcome email shortly after purchase.
If you have made a successful payment but have not received your service details within the timeframes specified above, please open a support ticket from your Client Area or contact our billing team at info@nexbyet.com immediately.
